Our working methods and approach

The training course is based on the principles of non-formal education. We make learning fun and amazing. No boring sessions or struggling to stay awake. Think of learning by doing and experiencing, gamified sessions, reflective practice and “aha” moments. We have prepared for you cultural immersion activities, which will give you the opportunity to explore local culture from an alternative and local perspective enabling you to develop your intercultural communication competence.

In terms of the academic approach, our training is based on the newest research in the field. We have piloted this program for more than a year in Europe and Asia, with great results, so trust us when we say, we are completely madly passionate about intercultural learning. We are talking about real case studies, real experiences of cultural clashes, real solutions that work.

So, be ready to step out of your comfort zone and explore how self-growing intercultural learning can be!
